Michael JacksonMJ’s is not content only with preventing a possible sale of the property, claims the property was stolen from the singer’s home after his death… they want it back.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Michael’s estate is seeking recovery of $1 million in assets that it believes are being wrongfully occupied. Geoffrey Phillips,
TMZ debunks the story… MJ’s estate claims that Phillips was engaged to one of Michael’s siblings and used the sadness and chaos around him. 2009 death of MJ Recently with property to pick up a bunch of private and private property from the singer’s Carolwood House stop potential sales of objects.
Michael’s estate claims that the items Philips allegedly stole from the home include hard drives, laptops, iPods, CDs and DVDs, which are believed to contain non-public performances and unpublished concert footage. ..
MJ’s estate also claims that Phillips affixed fragments of the song’s lyrics with a group of Michael’s handwritten notes… plus personal computers, cassette tapes, a photo album with MJ on the cover, with a skull on it. A black bag, framed record awards and a Michael Jackson doll.
The estate claims they know where all the items are… and they want a judge to help bring them back.
