Jessica Simpson The singer responded to fans’ concerns after she shared a Pottery Barn video ad that went viral last week.
On Sunday, Simpson took to his Instagram to address his haters, also revealing that she has been calm last five years.
“As much as I’ve learned to stop the destructive noise … people’s comments and judgments can still hurt deeply,” she wrote with her singing in her music studio. “The most important thing I’ve learned over the past 5 years as a guard for escapism without alcohol is that I can and will always get through it.”
She continued, “I feel compassion for the hate that some people can so easily spit out so intensely on social media or the media in general. We all have our own ways of being, looking, doing and feeling better. There are days.. No one is alone with the feeling that I can promise you.”
Last week, Simpson teamed up with Pottery Barn for her latest ad, in which she shows off daughter of birdie room.
While people in her comment section were praising her baby bedroom and her interior design skills, some fans were concerned about the singer’s well being.
Simpson’s reps did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
One user wrote, “Respectfully…she looks weak, while another wrote that it looked like she was slowing down her speech.
Still, other users came to Simpson’s rescue.
One user wrote, “It’s sad that all these comments are about his appearance. It’s of no use to anyone. I wish people were kinder.”
Back in March, the “With You” songstress opened up about her spartan journey.
“When I stopped drinking, it was because I stopped listening to the voice I really trusted, and I was lost without him,” Simpson told Entrepreneur at the time.
