In the documentary, Cara says that studies have shown that while 95 percent of men experience orgasm during intercourse, only 65 percent of women do. She states that the female lacks climax during heterosexual intercourse, adding that men are not able to fully handle women, especially in a sexual relationship. She says that there is definitely a gender gap when it comes to orgasm.

Kara, who identifies as lesbian and gender fluid, gave her honest opinion on how most of her straight female friends say that perhaps only 15 or 20 percent experience climax and satisfy their sexual desire. Whereas lesbians and gay women certainly seem to do better at it.
